Please send the completed doc-version form to our email address: actgermanschool@yahoo.de (preferred) or the pdf-version printed to our mail address (see enrolment form for details)

Children's classes enrolment forms

Please use these forms to enrol your child in our Children's classes. The forms contain all current prices and payment instructions. Use one of the following options: complete the online form; fill out and email the doc or pdf file and return to us by email (actgermanschool@yahoo.de) or post. BANK ACCOUNT details for fee payments are included in the forms.
