- Adult classes enrolment forms
- Please use these forms for your enrolment for our adult classes. They contain all current prices and payment instructions. Please send the completed doc-version form to our email address: actgermanschool@yahoo.de (preferred) or the pdf-version printed to our mail address (see enrolment form for details)
- Children's classes enrolment forms
- Please use these forms to enrol your child in our Children's classes. The forms contain all current prices and payment instructions. Use one of the following options: complete the online form; fill out and email the doc or pdf file and return to us by email (actgermanschool@yahoo.de) or post. BANK ACCOUNT details for fee payments are included in the forms.
